Hadith 25:74
Hafs narrated to us, from Dawud ibn Abi Hind, who said: Amir was asked about a man who died and left behind three sons, and he bequeathed [a portion] equal to the share of one of them. He said: He is a fourth [person], and he [receives] the fourth.
حدثنا حفص عن داود بن أبي هند قال سئل عامر عن رجل مات وترك ثلاثة بنين وأوصى بمثل نصيب احدهم قال هو رابع له الربع
