Hadith 25:82
Waki’ narrated to us, Zaidah Abu Qutaibah al-Hamdani narrated to us, from Yasar Abu Kurayb, from Shurayh: That he judged regarding a man who bequeathed to a man a "share" (sahm) of his wealth, but did not specify it. He said: The shares are to be raised (calculated), and the legatee shall have one share.
حدثنا وكيع ثنا زائدة أبو قتيبة الهمداني عن يسار أبي كريب عن شريح أنه قضى في رجل أوصى لرجل بسهم من ماله ولم يسم قال ترفع السهام فيكون للموصي له سهم
