Hadith 25:94
Haddathana Abd al-A’la, from Hisham, from al-Hasan, who said: "If a man makes a will, he may change his will as he wishes." It was said to him: "What about manumission (emancipation of a slave)?" He said: "Manumission and other than manumission; it is only the last of them that is taken into account."
حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن هشام عن الحسن قال إذا أوصى الرجل فإنه يغير وصيته ما شاء قيل له فالعتاقة قال العتاقة وغير العتاقة وإنما يؤخذ بآخرها
