Hadith 5:113
Hushaym narrated to us, from Hilal ibn Khabbab, from Maysarah, from Abu Salih, who said: Suwayd ibn Ghafalah narrated to us, saying: The collector of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, came to us. I went to him and sat with him, and I heard him saying: "It is in my covenant that I shall not take a suckling animal, nor shall we combine what is separate, nor shall we separate what is combined." He said: A man came to him with a humpbacked she-camel, and he refused to take it.
حدثنا هشيم عن هلال بن حباب ( ( ( خباب ) ) ) عن ميسرة عن أبي صالح قال حدثنا سويد بن غفلة قال أتانا ( ( ( أخبرنانا ) ) ) مصدق النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فأتيته فجلست إليه فسمعته يقول ان في عهدي أن لا آخذ من راضع لبن ولا نجمع بين متفرق ولا نفرق بين مجتمع قال وأتاه رجل بناقة كوماء فأبى أن يأخذها
