Hadith 5:116
Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Sa'id, from Muhammad ibn Yahya, from al-Qasim: That the sheep of the *sadaqah* (charity) passed by Umar, and he saw among them a sheep with a full udder. He said, "What is this?" They said, "It is from the sheep of the *sadaqah*." He said, "Its owners did not give this while they were willing. Do not tempt the people. Do not take the best of the people's wealth. Keep away from the food."
حدثنا أبو خالد الأحمر عن يحيى بن سعيد عن محمد بن يحيى عن القاسم أن عمر مرت به غنم الصدقة فرأى فيها شاة ذات ضرع فقال ما هذه فقالوا من غنم الصدقة فقال ما أعطى هذه أهلها وهم طائعون لا تفتنوا الناس لا تأخذوا حرزات الناس يكبوا ( ( ( نكبوا ) ) ) عن الطعام
