Hadith 5:166
Hatim ibn Wardan narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, who said: Regarding forty sheep, there is one sheep [as zakat] up to one hundred and twenty. When it exceeds one hundred and twenty, there are two sheep until it reaches two hundred. When it exceeds two hundred, there are three sheep until it reaches three hundred.
حدثنا حاتم بن وردان عن يونس عن الحسن قال في أربعين شاة شاة إلى عشرين ومائة فإذا جاوزت العشرين ومائة فشاتان حتى تبلغ المائتين وإذا جاوزت المائتين فثلاث شياه حتى تبلغ الثلاثمائة
