Hadith 5:170
Narrated to us Abd al-Rahim, from Zakariya, from Abu Ishaq, from Asim ibn Damra, from Ali, who said: If you do not have but thirty-nine sheep, then there is no charity (zakat) upon them.
حدثنا عبد الرحيم عن زكريا عن إبي إسحاق عن عاصم بن ضمرة عن علي قال إن لم يكن لك إلا تسع وثلاثون شاة فليس فيها صدقة
