Hadith 5:179
Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Ibn Abi Layla, from a man, from Mujahid, regarding a man who has forty sheep in the city that he milks: He said, "There is no charity (zakat) upon him."
حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن بن أبي ليلى عن رجل عن مجاهد في الرجل تكون له اربعون شاة في المصر يحتلبها قال ليس عليه صدقة
