Hadith 5:186
Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from Ibrahim ibn Maysarah, from a man from Thaqif, who said: I asked Abu Hurayrah, "In which wealth is there charity?" He said: "In the middle third. So when the collector of charity comes to you, bring out for him the *jadha’ah* (a four-year-old sheep or goat) and the *thaniyyah* (a two-year-old sheep or goat)."
حدثنا بن عيينة عن إبراهيم بن ميسرة عن رجل من ثقيف قال سألت أبا هريرة في أي المال صدقة فقال في الثلث الأوسط فإذا أتاك المصدق فأخرج له الجذعة والثنية
