Hadith 5:193
'Abd al-Rahim narrated to us, from 'Ubaydah, from Ibrahim, who said: The sheep are gathered, then the owner of the sheep takes one-third of the best of them, and the collector of the charity takes his right from the remaining two-thirds.
حدثنا عبد الرحيم عن عبيدة عن إبراهيم قال يجمع الشاء فيأخذ صاحب الغنم الثلث من خياره ويأخذ صاحب الصدقة من الثلثين حقه
