Hadith 5:199
Narrated to us Abd al-Salam, from Layth, from Nafi’, from Ibn Umar, who said: The tax collector (musaddiq) shall not take an old animal (harimah), nor one with a defect (awār), nor a young kid (judā’), unless the tax collector wishes [to accept them].
حدثنا عبد السلام عن ليث عن نافع عن بن عمر قال ليس للمصدق هرمة ولا ذات عوار ولا جداء ( ( ( جداؤ ) ) ) إلا أن يشاء المصدق
