Hadith 5:236
Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Mujalid, from al-Sha'bi, who said: There is no zakat (charity) on vegetables, cucumbers, and the like.
حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن مجالد عن الشعبي قال ليس في البقول الخيار والقثاء ونحوه صدقة
