Hadith 5:242
Ismail ibn Ayyash narrated to us, from Ata al-Khurasani, who said: There is no tithe (ushr) on fruits, walnuts, almonds, all vegetables, and greens. However, whatever is sold from them and reaches two hundred dirhams or more, then there is zakat in it.
حدثنا إسماعيل بن عياش عن عطاء الخرساني ( ( ( الخراساني ) ) ) قال ليس في الفاكهة عشور الجوز واللوز والبقول كلها والخضر ولكن ما بيع منه فيبلغ مائتى درهم فصاعدا ففيه الزكاة
