Hadith 5:244
'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, from Hammad ibn Salamah, from 'Ali ibn al-Hakam, from Abu al-'Ala' ibn al-Shikhkhir, who said: There is no Zakat (charity) on fodder, nor is there any Zakat on vegetables.
