Hadith 5:247
Zayd ibn Hubab narrated to us, from Raja’ ibn Abi Salamah, who said: I asked Yazid ibn Jabir about the olives. He said: Umar ibn al-Khattab imposed a tithe (ushr) on them in al-Sham.
