Hadith 5:266
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Khusayf, from Ikrimah, who said: There is no Zakat on pearls or emeralds unless they are for trade. If they are for trade, then there is Zakat upon them.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا أبو الأحوص عن خصيف عن عكرمة قال ليس في حجر اللؤلؤ ولا حجر الزمرد زكاة إلا أن يكونا لتجارة فإن كانا لتجارة ففيهما زكاة
