Hadith 5:272
Hafs narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from Talha, from Ibrahim, who said: "Everything for which trade is intended, there is Zakat upon it, even if it is milk or clay." He said: "And Al-Hakam used to hold this view."
حدثنا حفص عن حجاج عن طلحة عن إبراهيم قال كل شيء أريد به التجارة ففيه الزكاة وإن كان لبن أو طين قال وكان الحكم يرى ذلك
