Hadith 5:277
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ali bin Hashim narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Layla, from Abd al-Karim, from Amr bin Shu’ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "Whatever is watered by flowing water (sayh), then upon it is a tenth. And whatever is watered by the bucket (gharb), then upon it is half of a tenth."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا علي بن هاشم عن بن أبي ليلى عن عبد الكريم عن عمرو بن شعيب عن أبيه عن جده عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال ما سقي سيحا ففيه العشر وما سقي بالغرب ففيه نصف العشر
