Hadith 5:281
Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abu Ishaq, from ‘Asim ibn Damrah, from ‘Ali, who said: Regarding what the sky waters, or what was flowing water, there is a tenth (zakat) in it. And what was watered by the bucket-wheel (daliyah), then half of a tenth.
حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن أبي إسحاق عن عاصم بن ضمرة عن علي قال فيما سقت السماء أو كان سيحا فيها العشر وما سقي بالدالية فنصف العشر
