Hadith 5:289
'Abd al-A'la narrated to us, from Ma'mar, who said: 'Umar ibn 'Abd al-'Aziz wrote regarding that to the people of Yemen.
حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن معمر قال كتب بذلك عمر بن عبد العزيز إلى أهل اليمن
