Hadith 5:290
'Abd al-Wahhab ibn 'Ata narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, who said regarding wheat, barley, dates, and grapes: When it reaches five awsuq—and that is three hundred sa'—then upon it is half of a tenth (one-twentieth) if it is irrigated (artificially). And whatever the sky (rain) and the spring water, then upon it is a tenth (one-tenth).
حدثنا عبد الوهاب بن عطاء عن يونس عن الحسن قال في البر والشعير والتمر والعنب إذا كان خمسة أوساق وذلك ثلاثمائة صاع ففيه نصف العشر إذا كان يسقى وما سقت السماء والعين ففيه العشر
