Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 5:308

Ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, from Ibn Lahi'ah, who said: Abdullah ibn Abi Ja'far narrated to me that Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz wrote: "If the tithe (ushr) is taken from the crops, then there is no zakat upon them, even if they remain for ten years."
