Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 5:33

Waki' narrated to us, he said: Al-A'mash narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Murrah, from Al-Harith ibn Abdullah, from Abdullah, he said: The *lawi* of the charity—meaning the one who withholds it—is cursed upon the tongue of Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, on the Day of Resurrection.
