Hadith 5:331
Waki’ narrated to us, from Sa’id ibn Dinar, who said: I asked al-Sha’bi about the wealth of an orphan: Is there Zakat in it? He said: "Yes, and if it were with me, I would pay Zakat on it."
حدثنا وكيع عن سعيد بن دينار قال سألت الشعبي عن مال اليتيم فيه زكاة قال نعم ولو كان عندي ما زكيته
