Hadith 5:395
'Abdah narrated to us, from Harithah ibn Abi al-Rijal, who said: I asked 'Amrah about Zakat, and she said: 'Aishah said: "Pay it to those in authority among you."
حدثنا عبدة عن حارثة بن أبي الرجال قال سألت عمرة عن الزكاة فقالت قالت عائشة ادفعوها إلى اولي الأمر منكم
