Hadith 5:400
Ghundar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from 'Imran ibn Muslim, from Khaythamah, from Ibn 'Umar, who said: "Give them [the rulers] what is due to them as long as they pray." He said: And Khaythamah said: "As long as they pray the prayer at its time."
