Hadith 5:404
Ubayd Allah narrated to us, from Uthman ibn al-Aswad, from Mujahid and Ata, they both said: "Pay the Zakat of your wealth to the authority."
حدثنا عبيد الله عن عثمان بن الأسود عن مجاهد وعطاء قالا أد زكاة مالك إلى السلطان
