Hadith 5:43
'Abd al-Rahim ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from 'Asim, from al-Hasan, who said: 'Umar wrote to Abu Musa: "Take from the Muslim merchants who pass by you, for every two hundred dirhams, five dirhams."
