Hadith 5:459
Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Uthman ibn al-Aswad, from Ata', who said: He does not pay Zakat on it until he takes possession of it.
حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن عثمان بن الأسود عن عطاء قال لا يزكيه حتى يقبضه
