Hadith 5:464
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir ibn Abd al-Hamid narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, who said: There is no harm in a slave rewarding his companions, and that he gives charity from the surplus. Likewise.
