Hadith 5:465
Fudayl ibn 'Iyad narrated to us, from Hisham, from al-Hasan, who said: The servant gives charity from his strength with a thing that does not harm him.
حدثنا فضيل بن عياض عن هشام عن الحسن قال يتصدق العبد من قوته بالشيء لا يضر به
