Hadith 5:477
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki' narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Dhi'b, from Ubayd ibn Salman, from Ibn al-Musayyib, he said: The slave does not give charity to his father nor to his mother except with the permission of his master.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا وكيع عن بن أبي ذئب عن عبيد بن سلمان عن بن المسيب قال لا يتصدق العبد على والده ولا على أمه إلا بإذن سيده
