Hadith 5:479
Ibn Numayr narrated to us, from ‘Abd al-Malik, from ‘Ata’, who said: The slave shall not give anything of his wealth in charity except with the permission of his master.
حدثنا بن نمير عن عبد الملك عن عطاء قال لا يتصدق العبد بشيء من ماله إلا بإذن مولاه
