Hadith 5:487
Hafs narrated to us, from ‘Asim, from Ibn Sirin, who said: Ibn al-‘As used to say: "If it (the zakat/charity) is brought out to him with the *kasra* (a specific type of coin or currency), and it is not found, then withhold it until another comes."
حدثنا حفص عن عاصم عن بن سيرين قال كان بن العاص يقول إذا خرج إليه بالكسرة فلم يوجد أحبسها حتى يجيء غيره
