Hadith 5:492
Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from ‘Abd al-‘Aziz ibn Suhayb, from Anas and al-Hasan, they both said: Whatever is taken from you at the bridges and the arches, that is a discharging zakat.
حدثنا بن علية عن عبد العزيز بن صهيب عن أنس والحسن قالا ما أخذ منك على الجسور والقناطير فتلك زكاة قاضية
