Hadith 5:495
Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abu Hashim, from Ibrahim and al-Hasan, they both said: "Whatever the tax collector (al-‘ashir) takes from you, count it as part of the Zakat."
حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن أبي هاشم عن إبراهيم والحسن قالا ما أخذ منك العاشر فاحتسب به من الزكاة
