Hadith 5:498
Ibn ‘Ayyash narrated to us, from ‘Abd al-‘Aziz ibn ‘Abd Allah, from al-Sha’bi, who said regarding a man who passes by the tax collector (al-‘ashir) and he takes from him: He said: He shall count what they took from him as part of the Zakat of his wealth.
حدثنا بن عياش عن عبد العزيز بن عبد الله عن الشعبي قال في الرجل يمر بالعاشر فيأخذ منه قال يحتسب ما أخذوا منه من زكاة ماله
