Hadith 5:517
Hafs narrated to us, from Yahya bin Sa'id, from al-Qasim, from Harithah, who said: Umar sent us as tax collectors (musaddiqin). When we were brought something that fulfilled our due right, we accepted it from him.
حدثنا حفص عن يحيى بن سعيد عن القاسم عن حارثة قال بعثنا عمر مصدقين فكنا إذا أتينا بشيء فيه وفاء من حقنا قبلنا منه
