Hadith 5:519
10320. Abu Dawud narrated to us, from Hammad bin Zayd, from Ayyub, from Muhammad, who said: The tax collector (musaddiq) would come, and if he saw camels standing and sheep, he would collect the zakat (sadaqah) from them and would not wait.
