Hadith 5:567
10368. Abu Usama narrated to us, from Ibn 'Awn, who said: I heard the letter of Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz being read to Adi in Basra: "There shall be taken from the people of the Diwan, from their stipends, for every person, half a dirham."
حدثنا أبو أسامة عن بن عون قال سمعت كتاب عمر بن عبد العزيز يقرأ إلى عدي بالبصرة يؤخذ من أهل الديوان من أعطياتهم عن كل إنسان نصف درهم
