Hadith 5:589
Ibn al-Darawardi narrated to us, from Musa ibn Uqbah, from Nafi’, from Ibn Umar, that he did not consider Zakat al-Fitr to be obligatory upon the Mukatab (a slave who has a contract of manumission).
حدثنا بن الدراوردي عن موسى بن عقبة عن نافع عن بن عمر أنه كان لا يرى على المكاتب زكاة الفطر
