Hadith 5:609
Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Ibrahim ibn Muhajir, who said: I asked Ibrahim about charity for those who are not of the people of Islam. He said: As for Zakat, then no. But if a man wishes to give charity, there is no harm.
حدثنا أبو الأحوص عن إبراهيم بن مهاجر قال سألت إبراهيم عن الصدقة على غير أهل الإسلام فقال أما الزكاة فلا وأما إن شاء رجل أن يتصدق فلا بأس
