Hadith 5:643
Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, who said: I heard Ibn Abi Najih claiming that Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz wrote regarding the Zakat of dates: That the Barni (variety) should be taken from the Barni, and the colored (variety) from the colored. And the colored should not be taken from the Barni.
