Hadith 5:664
10465. Abd al-Rahim narrated to us, from Zakariyya, from Abu Ishaq, from Hubayrah, who said: Ibn Mas’ud used to levy zakat on their stipends (gifts/grants) at a rate of twenty-five for every thousand.
