Hadith 5:668
Muhammad ibn Abi ‘Adi narrated to us, from Ibn ‘Awn, from Muhammad, who said: I saw the commanders, when they gave the gift (stipend), they would pay zakat on it.
حدثنا محمد بن أبي عدي عن بن عون عن محمد قال رأيت الأمراء إذا أعطوا العطاء زكوه
