Hadith 5:671
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs narrated to us, from al-Hajjaj, from al-Hakam, from Ibn Abbas, and from Salim, from Ibn al-Hanafiyyah, regarding the saying of the Exalted: "And give its due on the day of its harvest." They both said: "The 'ushr (one-tenth) and half of the 'ushr (one-twentieth) abrogated it."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا حفص عن الحجاج عن الحكم عن بن عباس وعن سالم عن بن الحنفية في قوله تعالى @QB@ وآتوا حقه يوم حصاده @QE@ قالا نسختها العشر ونصف العشر
