Hadith 5:679
Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from al-Suddi, who said: This is Medinan, [and] it is Meccan; the tenth and half of the tenth abrogated it. I said: From whom? He said: From the jurists, meaning His saying—the Exalted—: "And give its due on the day of its harvest."
حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن السدي قال هذه مدنية مكية نسختها العشر ونصف العشر قلت عمن قال عن الفقهاء يعني قوله تعالى @QB@ وآتوا حقه يوم حصاده @QE@
