Hadith 5:685
Abu Marwan Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from al-Hakam, from Miqsam, from Ibn Abbas regarding the saying of Allah, the Exalted: "And give its due on the day of its harvest." He said: "It was abrogated by the 'ushr (one-tenth) and half of the 'ushr (one-twentieth)."
