Hadith 5:695
'Abd al-A'la narrated to us, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, that he used to say: If a man has twenty sheep and another man has twenty sheep, and their shepherd is one, and they go out to pasture together, and they return together, he said: There is Zakat in them.
حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري أنه كان يقول إذا كان لرجل عشرين شاة ولرجل عشرين شاة وراعيهما واحد ويسرحان معا ويردان معا قال فيها الزكاة
