Hadith 5:704
Waki’ narrated to us, from Yazid, from al-Hasan, who said: Umar said: "If the charity is transferred to someone other than the one it was given to in charity, then there is no harm in him buying it."
حدثنا وكيع عن يزيد عن الحسن قال قال عمر إذا تحولت الصدقة إلى غير الذي تصدق عليه فلا بأس أن يشتريها
